Terms of Payment
Effective Date: 26 June 2026
1. Purpose of This Portal
Global Secure Payment provides a secure online payment interface for applicants, clients, service partners, and organization-related transactions across supported regions. Payment options may vary depending on the selected country, currency, and transaction type.
2. Payment Channels
The portal may display local mobile money channels, card payment options, digital wallet options, and bank or wire transfer options. The secure payment button processes the available local channel for the selected country where online processing is enabled. Other settlement options may require official payment instructions before completion.
3. User Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate name, email address, phone number, country, amount, and payment purpose.
- You must ensure the phone number or payment account used has sufficient funds and is active.
- You must not share your PIN, OTP, password, or banking credentials with anyone.
- You are responsible for confirming the payment details before submitting the payment request.
4. Payment Confirmation
A payment is considered confirmed only after the payment processor returns a successful transaction status and a receipt or transaction reference is generated. Pending, cancelled, timed out, insufficient balance, or failed transactions are not treated as completed payments.
5. Failed, Cancelled, or Delayed Payments
Payment requests may fail because of insufficient funds, network delay, unavailable phone service, incorrect payment details, cancelled prompts, expired sessions, or processor-side restrictions. If a payment is not completed, you may retry using correct details or request official assistance from the organization handling your payment.
6. Refunds and Payment Reviews
Refunds, reversals, corrections, and payment reviews are handled according to the organization’s official review process and the rules of the payment provider used. You may be required to provide your transaction reference, receipt number, phone number, payment date, and payment purpose for verification.
7. Security
This portal uses HTTPS encryption for secure data transmission. However, you must also protect your own device, SIM card, email account, and payment credentials. The portal will never ask you to disclose your M-PESA PIN, card PIN, OTP, password, or full banking login details.
8. Limitation
The portal depends on third-party payment processors, mobile money networks, banks, card networks, and internet services. Processing delays or failures may occur outside the control of the portal.
9. Updates to These Terms
These Terms may be updated when payment channels, security requirements, or operational procedures change. The latest version published on this page applies to your use of the portal.
